There are just a few steps to applying for assistance from The Angel Fund. This service is offered to residents with no more than 3 pets. The treatments that The Angel Fund may assist with are non-elective treatments. Below you will find a partial list of treatments / proceedures that will be considered by The Angel Fund.
1. Be sure you have applied for CareCredit and have a CareCredit #.
2. Fill out the application with the information related to your pet.
3. Your treating Vet will be required to verify the information related to your pet and their treatment.
4. You will receive a response within 24 hours
